We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic teacher with the relevant NESA accreditation. This is a fantastic opportunity to create engaging and creative learning environments in a supportive and fulfilling community.&nbsp; More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Be able to provide structured lessons to meet the physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of each student, meeting them where they are at in their learning journey<br><br></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Extensive knowledge of the content and sequence of Key Learning Areas - including Religious Education.<br><br></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Create and maintain a safe, inclusive and challenging learning environment and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Interpret and use student assessment data to diagnose barriers to learning and to challenge students to improve their performance, improving the overall academic achievement of the school community<br><br></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Engage with our school community within and beyond the classroom to enrich the educational context for students and work to promote the links between school, home and community in the social and intellectual development of your students<br><br></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A passion for transformational education, integrated into curriculum and delivered in a faith based environment<br><br></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Well-developed communication, administration and interpersonal skills.<br><br></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to work and plan collaboratively with colleagues as part of a grade team as well as the wider school community.<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Please respond to the above selection criteria in your cover letter.
