<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Junior School for a permanent, full time teaching position at Rouse Hill Anglican College. RHAC is a highly regarded independent co-educational Christian school with approximately 1600 students, and growing, from Pre-K to Year 12. Our staff are highly aligned to our school values of Character, Care &amp; Courage through Christ and take pride in making a positive contribution to student life.<br /></p><p>Our College is located in the Hills District in Sydney’s north west, has modern facilities, is very well resourced and can be easily accessed by car or the new Metro North West rail. </p><p>Christians who are actively involved in a local church are particularly encouraged to apply. </p><p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative full time K-6 teacher for a permanent position commencing at the beginning of Term 2, 2024. </p><p><b>Teaching and Learning </b></p><p>• Plan and deliver quality teaching and learning programs utilising the Rouse Hill Anglican College Teaching and Learning Principles. </p><p>• Promote a positive and supportive Christian learning environment for every student. </p><p>• Work collaboratively with other staff. </p><p>• Support the learning needs of all students through differentiation and assessment. </p><p><b>Other Responsibilities </b></p><p>Involvement in College activities and events including: </p><p>● Contributing to the student wellbeing program, including extra-curricular activities and camps. </p><p>● Undertaking rostered playground or supervision duties. </p><p>● Attending relevant College events and activities. </p><p>● Participating in staff meetings and ongoing Professional Learning. </p><p>● Involvement in Chapel, Devotions and Christian Education programs. </p><p><b>The Contract </b></p><p>All teachers at RHAC are employed under the Independent Schools Standards Model Multi Enterprise Agreement, more commonly known as the MEA.
