<p>Essential Selection Criteria </p><p>• A passion for teaching children and commitment to raising the standard of achievement </p><p>• Australian Teaching qualifications </p><p>• NESA accreditation and a current NSW Working with Children Check </p><p>• Demonstrated administrative skills, with high level of flexibility and adaptability and ability to prioritise and work as part of a team </p><p>• Demonstrated ability in integrating ICT in the classroom </p><p>• Experience in using engaging and relevant learning experiences </p><p>• Experience teaching in mixed ability classrooms </p><p>• Thorough understanding and experience in applying formative and summative practices to assess student learning </p><p>• Australian Teaching experience </p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written </p><p><br /></p>
