We welcome applications from suitable candidates from all diversity groups to support our system of schools and early learning centres in delivering quality education outcomes for the students in our care.&nbsp;</span></p> </div> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt"><strong>About the Role<br></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt">Performance and Improvement Leaders play a key role in the implementation of the mission of Catholic Education by leading a network/cluster of schools to build and enhance their capacity to deliver educational outcomes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt">Performance and Improvement Leaders also actively support principals in leading teaching and learning in their schools, addressing barriers to school improvement, and fostering the development of a student-centred, cohesive teaching and learning culture.<br><br><strong>About you<br></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt">The successful applicant will actively support Principals by brokering high-quality advice on curriculum, pedagogy and leadership development. They will work collaboratively with Service Areas with the Catholic Education Office to facilitate effective and equitable access to Catholic Education Office services and resources.<br><br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt">A commitment to the vision and mission of Catholic Education.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt">Proven experience working in a senior leadership role in education.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt">Ability to drive improvement and innovation in schools in line with contemporary research.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt"> Experience leading strategic initiatives in teaching and learning (K-12) to enhance student experience and learning outcomes. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt"><em>Please refer to the role description for in-depth details regarding the criteria and skill set required.
