<p><b>Pacific Hills Christian School</b> is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Christian school with 1400 students, located in Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney. Please check you have uploaded all the required documents before pressing submit. </p><p><b>The Learning and Enrichment Teacher will be required to:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Assist the K-12 Learning and Enrichment Coordinator to plan and implement support for students with diverse educational need, including identification, gathering data through screeners and assessments, development of Individual Education Plans, support to teachers, locating appropriate resources, and collaborating with parents.   </li><li>Assist classroom teachers with adjustments and differentiation to cater for the diverse learning needs within their classrooms. </li><li>Deliver lessons, targeted programs and/or work directly with students with additional needs.    </li><li>Assist the K-12 Learning &amp; Enrichment Coordinator to implement rigorous and robust processes and systems that enable the successful implementation of all matters pertaining to the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) within the School.   </li></ul><p><b>The successful applicant will possess: </b></p><ul><li>Post Graduate qualification in Special Education (partial completion or a willingness to obtain), or a compatible post graduate accreditation. </li><li>An understanding of, and ability to, differentiate curriculum. </li><li>Ability to collaborate with teachers and families in the support of students. </li><li>Experience in developing and evaluating Individual Educational Plans. </li><li>Ability to conduct standardised testing. </li><li>Experience and/or knowledge of the NCCD processes and requirement. </li></ul><p>The School offers staff the opportunity to grow in their careers in a strongly mentored and caring environment.
