The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to work as a collaborative team member (leadership, staff, families and students) willing to work within a flexible and creative learning environment.</p><p>Collaboration with teaching staff to design, develop and implement High Impact Teaching Strategies in contemporary Literacy practices in keeping with the School Improvement Plan. Candidates must have an ability to plan, work and learn in a team environment. They must also have excellent classroom management skills and have a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and contemporary pedagogies.</p><p> </p><p>The Literacy Leader (3-6) will report to the Principal and work closely with key curriculum leaders.
