font-size: 11pt"><strong>Work Experience:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">At least five years’ experience in a school wellbeing role with demonstrated capacity to support student learning and wellbeing outcomes across a whole school</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">At least eight years’ experience in a teaching role</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Experience in a leadership or middle leadership role in a school</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Detailed knowledge of contemporary issues and approaches relating to Learning and Wellbeing.</span></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Key Capabilities:&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate, advocate, and resolve conflicts</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated experience in using school data to review and renew systems within a school in response to changing needs and contexts</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Experience in providing support to school communities during and post critical incidents</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated experience in identifying strategies that lead to increased student engagement and enhanced wellbeing</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to support school leadership teams to identify and develop educational, social and emotional initiatives to support children and young people who are vulnerable or at risk</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the capacity to work effectively both independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary Pastoral Care team</span></li> <li dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to design and facilitate high-quality professional learning to support ongoing skill and knowledge development of staff and that aligns to system priorities.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;
