We have five campuses across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast region as well as a rural experience for Year 9 students at an expansive farm property in Scotsburn, near Ballarat, and a unique Art, Technology and Design campus for Senior School students in Waurn Ponds. </p><p><b>ABOUT THE ROLE </b></p><p>We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Japanese Teacher to join our team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Japanese, the ability to engage and motivate students, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></p><p>• Plan and deliver effective Japanese language lessons to students of various proficiency levels. </p><p>• Create a dynamic and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation. </p><p>• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback on their language skills. </p><p>• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students. </p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Japanese language program. </p><p>• Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons. </p><p>• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. </p><p><b>Qualifications: </b></p><p>• Bachelor&#39;s degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field. </p><p>• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese. </p><p>• Previous experience teaching Japanese as a foreign language preferred. </p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </p><p>• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. </p><p>• Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods. </p><p>• Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications a plus. </p><p>*Please note: VIT and Qualification in Teaching or equivalent is required. </p><p><b>HOW TO APPLY </b></p><p>Interested candidates should submit the following application materials to recruitment&#64;ccg.vic.edu.au: </p><p>1.
