<div><b>About us</b></div><div>Good Shepherd Lutheran School is an Early Learning – Year 6 school situated in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide, with an enrolment of 500&#43; students. Our ELC and Primary years are organised into 5 distinct stages of learning. Pedagogically, we embrace an inquiry approach to learning and strive to equip students with future-focused skills and capabilities. </div><div><br /></div><div>Demand for places at Good Shepherd is high and the school has responded with measured growth, whilst striving to ensure culture and community are not simply maintained but strengthened.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>About the opportunity </b></div><div>The Risk and Compliance Officer has the task of making sure that Good Shepherd Lutheran School follows its rules, procedures, and legal requirements. They report to the school Directors to ensure compliance, by helping with policy and procedure implementation. Additionally, they are responsible for coordinating a risk control program as instructed by the Finance Risk and Compliance Committee (FRAC) of the School Board. The Compliance Officer is responsible for advising key stakeholders on a range of matters including compliance, privacy, health and safety, legislation, and other types of risk. </div><div><b><br /></b></div><div><b>About you</b><br /></div><div>To be a successful Risk and Compliance Officer at Good Shepherd, you will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual, ready to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
