<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Classroom Teacher </strong>to join our team. The successful applicant will require excellent knowledge in teaching and learning, demonstrate well developed interpersonal skills and will liaise with parents to develop a positive and inclusive community.</p>
<p><br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A commitment to Catholic education and the promotion of the mission of the Catholic Church;</li>
<li>Well-developed self-awareness and the ability to reflection on your own performance, integrity, and resilience;</li>
<li>The passion and expertise to work individually and collectively with students, to maximise the learning outcomes for each one, including those with additional learning needs;</li>
<li>Demonstrated high-level teaching skills, particularly in Literacy and Numeracy across all key learning areas;</li>
<li>An ability to engage learners in lessons and units of work that inspire curiosity and problem solving;</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the capacity to develop productive and caring relationships with students, parents and staff;</li>
<li>Demonstrated capacity and willingness to develop students’ unique capabilities through extra-curricular activities;</li>
<li>Appropriate qualifications and demonstrated experience in the teaching arena.<br><br></li>
