Through embedding restorative practices in partnership with Real Schools, we proactively engage with our students, to provide a high level of support for all areas of pastoral care: academic, social, emotional and spiritual, which increases outcomes in learning for each individual. </p><p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>Learning Assistants support student learning by working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement strategies to allow students to access the curriculum across key learning areas. The College offers a culturally diverse and inclusive working environment and is seeking a Learning Assistant to work with students in differentiated groups, support literacy and numeracy programs, prepare resources and materials and undertake general classroom administration duties.
