However, our distinctive structure enables us to develop and support smaller caring communities of staff and families united by Christian vision, mission and values.<br /></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>The Middle School Student Wellbeing Coordinators (Year 6 – Year 8) work directly to the Head of School (Year 6 -12) and under the strategic leadership of the Director of Student Wellbeing. Along with the Faculty Coordinators and Studies Coordinators they make up the leadership team under the Head of School (Year 6-12). This team provides Christian leadership, implementation of the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Middle School.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>They operate as part of the Whole School Wellbeing Team under the Director of Student Wellbeing.
