<p><b>The Opportunity </b></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic Principal to lead our team at St Gabriel’s School at Enfield. St Gabriel&#39;s School is a welcoming and inclusive school community with a strong commitment to the charism of the Daughters of Our Lady of Sacred Heart. As the Principal, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and administration of the school. You will work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, parish and the broader community to deliver quality education and achieve the school&#39;s goals. </p><p>As the Principal, your responsibilities are to: </p><ul><li>Ensure students and staff experience Catholic faith, liturgy, culture, sacramental life, and traditions. </li><li>Lead and manage staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to strengthen the educational offerings of the school. </li><li>Utilise data-driven insights to inform teaching practices and interventions which improve student learning and well-being outcomes. </li><li>Drive outstanding teaching and student learning outcomes, promoting a culture of academic excellence. </li><li>Ensure continuous growth and strategic development of the school. </li></ul><p><b>About You: </b></p><p>We are looking for someone who is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and contemporary thinking. You will: </p><ul><li>Be an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community. </li><li>Hold or working towards a valid teaching qualification and relevant post-graduate qualification in Education or related field. </li><li>Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan and manage resources effectively to cultivate a professional learning culture across the school. </li><li>Articulate and uphold the charism of the Daughters of Our Lady of Sacred Heart, fostering a faith-filled environment through witness and example. </li><li>Have a proven understanding of curriculum, assessment, student agency and wellbeing, with a focus on inclusive teaching and learning in a multicultural setting. </li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of EALD (English as an Additional Language or Dialect) and possess excellent interpersonal skills to influence change and foster collaboration amongst a diverse range of stakeholders. </li></ul><p><b>How to Apply </b></p><p>1.
